If you own an itinerary, you can see and manage everyone who has access to it.
View collaborators
- Open the itinerary.
- Click Invite in the top-right.
- Switch to the Collaborators tab.
You'll see every accepted collaborator with their name, email, and role.
Remove a collaborator
- On the Collaborators tab, find the person you want to remove.
- Click Remove next to their name.
- Confirm.
They lose access immediately. They'll still appear in their own My Experiences until they refresh, but they won't be able to load the itinerary after that.
Revoke an invite link
If you generated an invite link but no one has accepted it yet:
- Open the Invites tab (next to Collaborators).
- Find the invite link in the list.
- Click Revoke.
Anyone trying to use that link afterwards will see an "invite revoked" message.
Leave an itinerary that someone shared with you
If someone shared a trip with you and you no longer want access:
- Open the itinerary.
- Look for the Leave trip option in the share/collaborators panel.
- Confirm.
This removes you only — the owner keeps full access.
Security note
If you suspect an invite link has been shared more widely than you intended, revoke it. There's no downside — you can generate a fresh one in seconds.

Can I downgrade an editor to a viewer?
Today, no — you'd remove them and re-invite at the lower role. We're working on inline role changes.
Can a collaborator remove themselves?
Yes. From their copy of the itinerary, they can leave the trip from their **Collaborators** view.
What happens to a collaborator's edits if I remove them?
Their previous edits stay in the itinerary — removal only revokes future access.
