You'll need an Exohaven account to save itineraries, invite collaborators, or use the AI builder.
Sign up
- Click Register in the top-right of any page.
- Choose your method:
- Email + password — type a name, email, and password.
- Continue with Google — sign in to your Google account in the popup.
- If you used email, we'll send a 6-digit verification code to your inbox.
Verify your email
- Open the verification email from Exohaven.
- Copy the 6-digit code.
- Paste it into the verification screen on Exohaven and submit.
After verification you'll land on the home page, signed in.
What if the code doesn't arrive?
- Wait one minute — email can take a moment to land.
- Check spam, promotions, and updates folders.
- Make sure the email address you typed is correct (no typos).
- Use the Resend code button on the verification screen.
If nothing works, reach out via the contact form and we'll verify manually.
Finish setting up
Once verified, head to Profile (top-right user menu → Profile) to:
- Add a display name and photo.
- Add interests — these help Exo AI tailor itineraries.
- Set your home location, if you'd like nearby recommendations.
You're ready to build your first itinerary.
Frequently asked
I didn't get the verification code email.
Check spam and promotions folders. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a new one from the verification screen if it's been a while. Still no luck? Use the contact form and we'll help.
Can I sign up with Google?
Yes. On the sign-up screen, choose "Continue with Google". You'll skip the email verification step.
Can I change the email on my account later?
Yes — see [Updating your profile, name, or password](/help/profile-and-password).
